Jason is a technical consultant with more than 30 years of experience in human exposure and dose reconstruction, chemical fate and transport, human health risk assessment, complex technical litigation support, waste characterization, and environmental regulatory compliance (with a particular focus on RCRA and NRC regulations). His work has involved hundreds of facilities worldwide, and he has had the opportunity to support commercial, industrial, legal, and governmental clients facing a range of challenges.
Jason specializes in reconstructing historical emissions, evaluating complex exposure pathways, analyzing and mining large historical datasets and document repositories, assessing potential impacts during incident response operations, and communicating risk in high-stakes environments, including to executive leadership and the public. He has served as a consulting or testifying expert in multiple toxic tort and environmental exposure matters and has led multi-year investigations involving radiological materials, petroleum products, heavy metals, PFAS, dioxins, pesticides, and other contaminants.
Alongside his technical consulting practice, Jason works with clients at the intersection of emerging technology and environmental science. He supports organizations seeking to implement AI, data-driven workflows, and modern digital tools to improve decision-making, technical quality, and operational efficiency. Leveraging his experience growing multiple new, technology-enabled services to more than $1 million in annual revenue and leading innovation and digital transformation functions, he helps clients assess their opportunities, de-risk implementation of new concepts, and build practical, technically grounded strategies that deliver measurable business value.
